Course Description:
Program and staff development may seem like a daunting task. However, it is essential to provide transformational aftercare and see complete restoration and social reintegration of the women, men and children who have been through the traumatic experience of trafficking. This course will enable students to have a closer understanding of how to develop projects and how to unify a holistic approach together with an effective organization and work with excellence.
