Fridays Off
At Project Rescue, stewarding a thriving office culture is a priority, so a four-day workweek has been instituted with the expectation that Fridays will, in part, be used by our team to recharge spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.
Retirement Contributions
Full-time Project Rescue members are eligible to enroll in a simple IRA with Project Rescue’s group plan. After one year of employment, Project Rescue will match contributions. up to 3% of gross pay annually.
Paid Time Off
15 days of paid vacation in addition to sick days, bank holidays, and days that the office is closed.
