We are serving in a region with some of the highest gender-based violence in the world, our partner strives to empower and restore women.
Why Central Asia?
Why the Cafe?
The cafe in Central Asia is a multi-faceted sustainability cafe. It serves a deeper purpose than serving coffee and great meals. It is a safe place for woman to gather, who have experienced gender-based violence and caught in human trafficking.
This cafe provides employment to these women allowing them to stand on their own two feet.
It is a growth and learning environment where woman are equipped with skills in culinary, customer service, management, and financial literacy. Allowing them to rebuild confidence and self-esteem.
