We are serving in a region with some of the highest gender-based violence in the world, our partner strives to empower and restore women.
Our partner provides support groups for women with a safe and nurturing space where survivors can reflect, learn, and begin to find hope. Women are introduced to messages of truth and healing which opens doors to restoration.
These groups help survivors rediscover their worth, strengthen their faith, and bring restoration and healing to the body, mind, and soul.
Why Central Asia?
Sustainablity
The Cafe in Central Asia is a multi-faceted sustainability cafe. It serves a deeper purpose than serving coffee and great meals. It is a safe place for woman to gather, who have experienced gender-based violence and caught in the cycle human trafficking.
This cafe provides employment to these women allowing them to stand on their own two feet.
It is a growth and learning environment where woman are equipped with skills in culinary, customer service, management, and financial literacy. Allowing them to rebuild confidence and self-esteem.
