Sarai

Our partners met Sarai in Europe just after she escaped her trafficker. She was desperate to feed her young children and protect them from the life she was forced to live.

Sarai's mother had been prostituted for many years, and her daughter was destined for the same. At the age of 16, Sarai went to "work" with her mother at the brothel.

She soon after ran away to escape the abuse she endured at the brothel, but after meeting a man who promised to save her, she spent years being trafficked into the United States and then back again to Europe. Now with two young children, she was finally able to escape her trafficker but had nowhere to go. She felt hopeless, exhausted, and defeated.

It was in this time of desperation that Sarai met with our Project Rescue partners in Europe and received the care she and her children needed. Today, the little ones are in school and Sarai is receiving the love and care she needs to change her life!
