Creating A Legacy

Every October in Pebble Beach, Project Rescue's supporters meet for its annual fundraiser. Over the past 16 years, this event has successfully funded numerous Project Rescue initiatives and helped sustain outreach ministries, blessing hundreds of thousands of women and children.

We are thankful for the gracious sponsors that have made this event possible. These sponsorships ensure that not a single dollar raised will go towards the event's expense. Instead, funds raised will support new projects and sustained initiatives across 16 countries where Project Rescue works.

A more complete schedule will be shared closer to the event, but here is an overview to help you plan. Casual attire is recommended.

COST:

Your only cost is transportation, a couple of meals, and free time activities.

Special partners of Project Rescue fully sponsor this event. Because of their generosity, everything you give toward Project Rescue will go directly to the project presented.

SCHEDULE:

MondayCheck-in starts at 4p. Upon your arrival at Pebble Beach, our team will greet you and assist with any questions you may have at the Hospitality Desk from 2-6p.  Then we will have a Welcome Dinner at 6p on the Fairway, Troon, & Carnousite Patios .

TuesdayGolfers will be on The Links at Spanish Bay with tee times starting at 7:30a. Not golfing? You can play pickleball, visit the spa, or head into the local towns. Then, join us for a very special Project Rescue Banquet at 6p in the Main Ballroom!

Wednesday: Whether you are golfing on Pebble Beach Golf Links with tee times starting at 7:30a or heading to our Ladies’ Sip & Spa at the Spa at Pebble Beach Courtyard & Pool at 9a, this day will be relaxing and refueling. Enjoy a free evening with friends.

Thursday: Check-out is at 12p.

  • Hotel Stay for 3 nights

    Two Rounds of Golf

    One gift card is given to non-golfers for use at their discretion.

  • Depending on where you are coming from the best two choices are San Jose International Airport (SJC) or Monterey Regional Airport (MRY). San Jose is often less expensive. From SJC to the hotel is 80 minutes. The drive from Monterey Regional Airport to the hotel is about 15 minutes.

  • This is a matter of preference as the hotel has a very good shuttle system for the property. This includes the golf courses, spa, and lodge. However, if you want to experience the beautiful 17 mile drive and other wonderful scenery we suggest renting a vehicle. Keep in mind, self-parking is free for hotel guests.

  • 17 Mile Drive is one of the prettiest drives in America. If you plan ahead, you can even borrow a Lexus from the resort for two hours! Carmel has wonderful shopping. The aquarium in Monterey is also a favorite. There is also a wonderful spa at the resort (we highly recommend booking spa appointments in advance). Non-golfers will receive a $500 gift card to help pay for shopping or the spa.

  •  The goal for the event is comfortable and casual. The Tuesday night banquet is smart casual.  

    All golfers are asked to wear a golf shirt and equivalent outerwear on the golf course. Shorts and pants are welcome, so long as they are not denim, cargo, or sweats.

  • If you would like extra nights before or after the three complimentary nights, please let us know. We have a preferred rate with the hotel and we may be able to extend that rate to you, subject to resort availability.

  • Of course! Due to the busy schedules of everyone in this group, we understand there are going to be scheduling conflicts. Anyone can come to represent your church or organization.

  • Hotel Check-In is Monday, October 6th at 4:00p. If you plan to arrive early, please let us know. We are happy to request an early check in with the hotel, but cannot guarantee their availability. After you are checked in and settled into your room, we will gather at 6 p.m. for a Welcome Dinner.

  • Hotel Check-Out is Thursday, October 9th at 12:00p.

  • Our hope is that you will join us at all the scheduled events, but we ask all guests to attend Tuesday evening’s banquet where the project will be presented.

  • Expect a casual time to deepen existing friendships and make new friends.  There will be a lot of food!

  • Yes! After golf on Tuesday, you will have free time until dinner.  Nothing is scheduled after golf on Wednesday.  Enjoy dinner with friends!

  • Tee times both days start at 7:30a.   Specific tee times will be distributed at the reception Monday night.

  • You are able to book a spa appointment here. While they will ask you for a credit card when booking, the card will not be charged unless you do not show. You are welcome and encouraged to use the $500 gift card all non-golfers receive when paying at the spa upon departure.
