Julie’s Story

You Can Help A Child Today!

“God made me aware of sex trafficking in 2006. I watched a documentary and was moved to say the least. I did not know such things were taking place. Yesterday, as I was shopping, I found Beyond the Soiled Curtain by David and Beth Grant. I read it in one day and immediately began researching ways to be involved. Then I opened the back of the book and saw Project Rescue is located in Springfield, MO… I did a double take because that’s where I live. I love how God works!”

Like Julie, when we educate ourselves and raise awareness about human trafficking, we are closer to providing restoration to ONE more survivor. We are closer  to saving ONE more life. We are closer to seeing this evil come to an END. Together we can make it happen. Here are two simple ways you can join with us:

YOU CAN HELP A CHILD TODAY! Project Rescue gives exploited women and children a place to call their own: a place of shelter, food, clothing, education and safety – a place of hope. For just $30 a month you can help provide a child with a place of safety in one of our affiliated aftercare programs.

GET YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY INVOLVED! Stand with us against sexual slavery and show your support. Dedicate one day of your Facebook and/or Twitter posts to rally your friends and family to join the fight against sexual slavery by sharing this story. Also invite them to like our Facebook page or follow us on Twitter @ProjRescue. When we join together, we can do great things!

Both Beyond the Soiled Curtain and Beyond the Shame are available on Kindle and in the Project Rescue Shop.
