Project Rescue’s partner, Deepika Social Welfare Society, Shares their Story and Mun’s Photography Project Rescue partners with local ministries and workers in India, Nepal and Moldova to rescue and restore women and children who are sexually exploited. Local national ministries have the maximum effectiveness in their community as they speak the language, know the culture and understand the complexities surrounding the bondage faced by women and children there.
Deepika Welfare Society, our key partner in Calcutta, India, is opening doors to freedom and new life every day. Their investment in the women who enter their program touches every aspect of their lives from physical to spiritual, and even vocational. One woman in particular, Mun, is a very talented photographer.
It is with great pleasure that we share Mun's photos with you.
